"Jose was an excellent guide. Our Costa Rice trip wouldn’t have been as memorable as it was if not for him. He took care of everything from booking tours to making reservations at restaurants. We had an issue with the air conditioning on our bus and he arranged for a new one at short notice. He was always upbeat and engaged the kids as well.
